Information we collect
When you submit a request, we may collect your name, phone, email, contact preference, sheep count, requested date, comments, and the job location.
Location may come from your device GPS if you grant permission, or from coordinates and directions you enter manually.
We also store the consent date and a one-way technical network identifier to help prevent form abuse.
How we use information
We use your details to calculate an approximate distance, evaluate the visit, respond to your request, coordinate service, and maintain an operating record.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Location and the public map
The public map shows only an approximate area where Juan is working. It does not publish a client's address or the exact location of livestock.
If you use place search, the text is sent to OpenStreetMap only when you press Search to obtain location options. Avoid including people's names, access codes, or other unnecessary private information.
When you select a point on the map, move the marker, or use GPS, we send the selected coordinates to OpenStreetMap to obtain an approximate address. You can correct that address before submitting your request.
Maps and route estimates may be provided by external services. To estimate a route, the server shares a client point rounded to about 110 meters and the approximate public work area, never Juan's exact private work point.
Retention and security
We keep data as long as needed to respond to and manage service, meet applicable obligations, and resolve questions. We use reasonable safeguards, though no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing juan@juancaparachin.com. You may also choose not to share GPS and provide directions another way.
